  Stopped in unannounced last Sunday to get info as i was considering a boat purchase. I Got the full tour, all the information I could need, and a sincere , "hope to see you as a member soon" as i was leaving. Can't wait to join, this place is a real gem on the lake!

  You will not find a better place to dock a boat and more than that, the group, always friendly, feels like family. They are always glad to see you.

  I have had my boat at Safe Harbor for two years. There won't be a third. The manager ADAM acts kind to your face but is a rude belittling little boy when it comes to any issues.Last year they damaged my boat ripping the letter off the side. Damaging the decals, gel coat and ripping the letters off the side. They agreed to repair the boat. They put new letters on it that were different from the original. Never fixed the chunk out of my gel coat or the decals. They are still scratched and could cost thousands to repair myself. They said "we did the best we could do". I tried to be resonable, but never got a real resolution it's the same way it was to this day. Chipped gel coat, torn decals. This year they informed me on the invoice for winterization "not a phone call" that they damaged the ladder on the swim deck. I called them to find out what happened they told me they damaged the ladder but replaced it. However there is a hairline crack on my swin deck that I know happened when they damaged the ladder. Being that they fixed the ladder and the swin deck is thousands of dollars I let it slide even though they already screwed me over on them damaging my boat before. OH IT GETS BETTER!!!! We do payments on our boat lease. They call on june 3rd telling me that my final payment is due. I tell them no problem i will be in on thursday to take car of the final payment. I'm working and thats as fast as I can get there. This is where ADAM was about as rude as you could be AGAIN!!! He wont let my wife put the boat in the water. I asked to speak with him. Listen to this! I tell him, I said I will be there with the money, People have other bills. This clown says "maybe you don't need to go out on the boat and pay your other bill's". I said excuse me? I spoke with you two days ago and said I would be in thurday and today is thursday. He then tells me on the phone if you don't pay it we will sell your boat at auction and then we will pay it for you. I told him you could have stated we couldn't use the boat until we made that payment. That's just common courtesy! Which was less than a 24hour period. He also purposely made those comments in front of my wife and some friend's she had brought with her in order to try an embarras my wife. Try to belittle her in front of people. Like we were some kind of dirt bags. Our boat probably cost more than whatever POS house he lives in. He felt that it was okay to make statements like that to customer's and on top of it in front of people. ADAM shouldnt be dealing with customers. Now I will be coming after safe harbor for the repairs on my boat. They should have done right to begin with. DON'T DO BUISNESS HERE!!!!!!!
