Police even have to come out to help with traffic control. The employees can only do so much! 2 guys... are supposed to clean lot, deal with pump issues, control prime parking, direct traffic control, clean showers, clean restrooms, and even help out on registers. Regional manager needs to get their butt to this store and help deal with all this crazy that is happening. That or corporate. The 2 guys that literally ran all over the place last night and night before were great, and kept a positive attitude when dealing with people. Regardless of the attitude directed at them!

Anyway, this place is distinguished, in a good way, from the average Pilot/Flying Js by actually playing customer/retail ambience friendly music over the outside and inside speakers. It was some kind of pleasant light jazz or other kind of light old school instrumental music. Music sets the atmosphere and most Pilots play whatever garbage the music industry threw over the fence last week. Which means it makes for a jarring and unpleasant atmosphere. Not this place. They actually seem to understand "ambience". At least they did that day, on August 10th. 2025. I complimented the music to the fuel clerk who also represented the chain well in her attitude. I called the Pilot home office and gave them a pat on the back for the music. I will try to be back someday. 😊👍
- NPNick POct 1, 20251.0One of the most disappointing pilots I've came across. Showed up with 10 minutes left. Paid for a spot well in advanced and all spots were full and was told " we'll refund you we can't go move drivers" but policy states they can. They don't care. Off ramp was a better choice but unfortunately I'm stuck now
