    First time coming here. Great experience! Needed inspection and was told up front it could take up to an hour but they would try to get it done faster. Packed parking lot at 10 am on a Saturday is a good sign it’s a pretty good place. 4.8 Google review was another. In and out under 40 minutes!! Great service and friendly staff!! Definitely recommend!!

    I need someone to answer the phone, changed oil 1 week ago and you didn’t tighten properly. My vehicle is on low oil. Why do you have a CA number if you are in NC???

    When I got there I was greeted promptly and offered water for myself and my son. I then noticed there were three oil changes and an inspection in front of me, with only two guys in the shop I about left because I didn't want a long wait and didn't want to overload these guys at almost 5pm. I was out of there in 35 minutes. They communicated with each other and moved like their lives depended on it. I am a mechanic so I know what it's like to be in a shop with people who work together as a team and how bad it can be if they don't. (Yeah a mechanic that doesn't change their own oil, I don't work for free lol). But these guys were working together like they were training for NASCAR. Not fast and sloppy, they were good, still doing the little things like wiping finger prints off of my engine cover and hood when they were done. Their name were Adam and Bryce. Not sure why they would be stuck there with two guys when most people are getting off work and rushing for an oil change but they made it work. I don't know what those two make, but I can assure you they deserve more. Prices have gone up again but that isn't the fault of the tech

    Great customer service! Emmanuel was very professional and talked to me throughout the process. It did take a little long but understood there was someone training, other than that Emmanuel was great with his trainee!

    Great location for an oil change, they get you in and out with the convenience of staying in you're car! Complimentary water always given and polite acknowledge able staff. They check all fluids without hesitation. Typically you receive a coupon for their service which makes the price more affordable. Thank you for you're service.
