  Came on with low tire pressure suspect ng I had something in my tire. I was right. Dave Williams got to me quickly diagnosed the issue and came up with a solution. I highly recommend using these folks for your car care needs.

  I just got a flat tire not to far from here and luckily this is where I ended up! I was working with Dave Williams today, and he is helping me out getting me the best deals and making sure I’m safe on the road again. I recommend anyone come here

  I have been having a tire issue for many days now.I have went many places for help and anywhere I went they never wanted to take the time or even listen to me explain my issue.This morning I walked in and Dave Williams was more than helpful to me.It listened to everything concern I had and was more than willing to help me in figuring out what was going on with my tire.He was very respectful to me and I couldn't have asked for anymore amazing customer service.However I would like to say there was a woman employee working there who come swinging the back door to the store front with the rudest attitude.She wasn't friendly and if I had come into the store and was approached by her I would have turned around and walked right back out.She had no respect or concern and definitely not someone I would want to help me with anything.Word of advice to this young lady.You need to remember we come here for help and advice for our cars that we depend on everyday.Its already a frustrating situation so when someone comes to your need of help please learn to change your attitude not just towards your customers but to the other employees working there .You want to drive in business not drive them away.Again though thanks to Dave Williams for having an amazing attitude and making my day extra special for your kindness.

  #1 I came in about a year ago and got my tires rotated and front end alignment done. They did the work and a roll light came on after they did the work and they tried to see to reset it light and nothing would make the light come off. They informed me that I would have to go to the dealer to see what they can do. I told as upset because they didn’t the work and now something was wrong when it wasn’t wrong when I came in. I been driving my vehicle with light because the light had nothing to do with my inspection or engine. #2 I came in a week ago and the front lobby associate was very not approachable. She seemed like she was not willing to listen to my issues and I was an inconvenience. While she was out looking at my vehicle a gentleman in the bay came in and asked me if I was ok. I told him that I just didn’t like how the female associate addressed me. The male associate asked me what was going on and he took my keys and said he will look at it that time. The female associate was very upset when she found out that he helped me and took my keys to pull in my vehicle. The female made shroud remakes about the male that should have not been heard by customers. The gentleman came back and addressed me about my vehicle and said he could not find anything wrong with the tire. The gentleman told me I could leave and was no charge since they didn’t do anything. The female associate was mad and said I need a receipt saying that I came in today just to have record. I then left. I was not going to come back because of running into the same associates, but I am glad I did come back. I was still having the same issue with the same tire of it losing over 10-15 psi in 3-5 days it was a very unconvinced on putting air in my tire seems like all the time. Today I came in to get my tire checked out for a slow leak. The gentleman in front that helped me was very curtious and was willing to help solve the issue and all found out there was a slow leak and patched it for me I am very appreciative for the service and the hospitality he shown. He also looked at the light I had on for about a yr maybe and said that the Toyota would have to reset do to Toyota’s system. I will be going to the dealer only thing is I may have to pay for a diagnostic and not sure on how much that would cost but I know with the gentleman that helped me today that will be taken care of. Through the way I was treated today I will be coming back since they took time to hear my concerns and address them the best to their ability.
