    Great selection, easy to do business with and reasonable prices. Just did a one week rental of a full-size SUV. The car was like new, the staff was friendly and helpful. They got me in and out quickly with a fast/easy check-in/out process.

    Overall service was great and vehicle was dependable. My only complaint was it smelled like cigarettes and after awhile my hands smelled like cigarettes from the steering wheel.

    the female associate was kind.... the guy i talked to, i could practically hear him rolling his eyes. when I didn't answer the phone immediately on the day of pick-up, they gave my car (the last car) to someone else, even though I had made a reservation! the car had hair in it & a few dents and dings, but we did get the very last car. i turned the rental in & still haven't gotten back my $50 deposit & today is monday. i was under the impression that i got the deposit back on the same day... tho she told me that it looked like enterprise was trying to charge me for the turn in day, so once that was sorted out, I'd get my deposit back. we'll see.
