  I've been Strickland Brother in Taylorville twice and I highly recommend them. The technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to assure your satisfaction. Really good guys. A teue credit to the Strickland Brothers business.

  Great service. The lady did a great job. I think her name was Deanna she was the sweetest. Most courteous person I've encountered at a place like this. Definitely going back next oil change

  Came here for an inspection today. The wait was pretty long, but they only had one inspector and the place was super busy, so it made sense. I was one of the first people in line and could hear and see everything going on inside. There was a lady I guess her name was Deanna, I’m also guessing the boss, on a car doing a full tire rotation by herself. (She was the only one who did the inspections) Nobody was helping her, and honestly, y’all really need a few more people during busy times. All I kept hearing was people calling her name every couple of seconds, and she would respond right away, telling them what to do or helping them figure things out. She was nonstop. That lady needs a raise, for real. Even with how slammed they were, the customer service was great. She was super nice, and you could tell she really cared about everyone. I left feeling pretty happy with the experience overall. Also her making them bring us extra waters while we were waiting was top-notch customer service! Thanks guys. I’ll be bringing my car every time I need anything.

  Went in today with my wife for her oil change. Robert and Stone I believe was his name were phenomenal! First time feeling like we were part of the oil changes instead of take 5 just telling us a price at the end not aware of anything that has been done! Great experience! Will definitely be back!

  I go to the Strickland Brothers in Taylorsville, North Carolina, and I’m always very pleased with the employees who are very knowledgeable about their job. The only negative thing that I’ve encountered is needing an oil change today and it was approximately 50% more expensive than my last oil change. When I found a promo code online for Strickland Brothers, I was told they weren’t allowed to use it and can only use the ones on Strickland Brothers website. This seems very unfair to the Consumer, especially those of us who are on Social Security/disability and on a shoestring budget. I would ask that you please go back and reconsider accepting promo codes from other sites. You could find yourself with An increase of business per volume with promo codes rather than not allowing promo codes and losing more business.
