They got my tires on quickly and explained that my alignment was under warranty and could be redone for free after the new tires were put on. Excellent customer service and efficiency

- TMthomas measeNov 9, 20251.0Called Mavis and was told by Rebecca they dont plug tires, patch from inside only. Took tire assembly to them that i took off my wifes car. Young man that did repair put it in back of my truck. I came home and looked at tire. Plugged as you see in attached pic after i was told they DONT plug tires. Then i noticed white pen mark on tire at valve location as seen in pic. Tire was removed and then place exactly back on rim as removed. Original weights were still on back of wheel. Was charged for patched tire and balnce, neither which was done. $42.71. Got me once. Wont happen again. Called in and Anthony offered to balance tire. Seriously?
