  I went to get a couple things and I needed a set of windshield wipers for my 2008 Jeep Wrangler. I was told they only had 1 of the $13.99 wipers and they were out and had to order the $ 15.99 wipers. I said to the salesperson that I didn't mind paying a little more because I really needed wipers. Another salesperson brought the salesperson I was speaking with a set of wipers and I paid with my debit card thinking = HOW much more could they possibly be ? Surely No more than $20.00 a piece probably $40 to $45at most. When I got home I looked at my receipt I was Astonished! Two wipers COST me $ 63. 98 ! I was driving my 08 jeep wrangler NOT A Dang B.M.W. or A CORVETTE or A Ferrari! I would of thought before the wipers were range up the salesman would of said since we are out of the $ 13 and $15 dollar wipers these are $63.98 Do you want to Pay that much? That definitely wasn't asked. I've spent good money there several times in the past. But NEVER NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

  I have been a customer at AutoZone for many years and have always had great service so the first time I got disrespectful customer service from Marcus T I brushed it off (everyone has bad days) but after receiving blatantly disrespectful customer service including crude language from Marcus T a second time I will be going elsewhere.

  The employee that helped me today. His name was marcus, he had a crappy attitude with me and the aaa technician, that was with me.Trying to ensure that I was taking care of safe and back on the road again.
