  I can win to get my tire pressure checked and they were the best! Kind, respectful, and making sure that my tire was all good after they refilled it! I know exactly where to go should I have any more car troubles! College students, they are here for you!

  Great service they always check all the fluids put air in tires give complimentary water explain everything before they get started I had a oil change today and went back with a question and they made sure I was taken care of even while serving other customers highly recommend

  I just this past week, had an oil change on my 2024 KIA Forte sedan and everyone was wonderful, especially Russell who did assure me that quality is job one. I am now, because of him feeling confident that they will be doing a great job with my Brand new Mustang Ecoboost Premium. They will discount my price as I will be using my favorite oil (Royal Purple) yet, doing so without an upcharge as they know it is my sports car and will be treated to their expertese. Again, thank you in advance Russell and your team!!

  I saw they had great reviews, so checked them out for myself. Just got a used car from a private sale and didn't know when the last time the car had an oil change. Russell greeted me with a smile and a cold bottle of water. I let him know that I just got this car and need it to get me from Bryson to Franklin daily. He checked the oil before I even got in the bay to make sure I even needed an oil change first. They ended up changing the oil, doing an inspection, changing my air filter, checking my tires, and topping off my washer fluid. Every employee was friendly. They made sure to ask and explain things before doing any work I'd be charged for. Russell even made sure I got a coupon off their website to reduce the overall price and I got complimentary air fresheners. I will definitely come back when I need another oil change.

  The only reason I gave two stars is because my wife said they were friendly. My wife stopped here with the stuff that we bought to do the oil change and to get an inspection She walked out of there paying over $75 That state inspection must have been expensive cuz as I told her she could have went to high Country tire with the oil and oil filter and they would have changed her oil for 20 bucks then the state and inspection whatever it is will say that's 20 bucks That's $40 total This place charged her $75 if you like money in your pocket and you don't want to be taking advantage of I would stay away from here update so after looking at the receipt they charged her $50 to turn a bolt and drain the oil twist off an oil filter and fill it back up took them less than 10 minutes to do that process and they charged her $50 after bringing her own stuff I stand by this post friendly people but all they're after is as much money as they can take out of your pocket
