  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire in Swansboro. The staff was friendly, professional, and got me taken care of quickly. I came in with a nail in my tire, and they repaired it fast and had me safely back on the road in no time. Everyone was helpful, honest, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate the excellent customer care from David and would definitely recommend Mavis Tire to anyone needing tire service or auto care!

  When you buy tires, it's always been a common theme to air up tires to 35psi. We bought tires today, and the tire warning light was on when we picked the vehicle up. I told my wife, maybe the light will reset after driving for a little bit. Nope. I checked the tire pressure on all four tires, and found that one tire had only 20psi. The other 3 tires were at 34psi. Attention to detail is important. I don't need further assistance, but your customers need your employees to be consistent with simple things like making sure the lug nuts are torqued down properly or the tire pressure is correct before the car leaves the bay. Come on guys.
