Previously I had gone to Take 5 Oil change in Morehead City where I was told it was too soon for an oil change but my air filter and cabin filter needed changed. I paid for both. Strickland showed me and took pictures of the air filter that was NOT there and that the cover wasn't even pinned down. I went all the way to Ohio and back (11 hours one way) with NO air filter that I paid nearly $100 for!! Strickland's is honest and reliable! Please trust this service organization and avoid Take 5 at all expense!. Very pleased with my service.

Checked with nearby shops and their prices were a fraction of what this place charged my wife! They told her our vehicle needed a special oil for high mileage cars (our car has right at 60k) deceptive business practices that take advantage of people that don't know better! Stay away!!!

The friendly, informative, and knowledgeable service technicians took the time to answer all my questions. I remembered I also needed to get the annual inspection and they did that, too! Was there maybe a total of 20 minutes and will definitely use them again.
