I managed to be a dum-dum and clip a curb, and by the time I pulled into the UPS Store my tire was completely flat. Thankfully, Mavis was right next door. Zack and Josh actually walked over to my car with me, put enough air in the tire so I could safely limp it to the shop, and got me taken care of right away. From start to finish, it was about an hour, and the total cost ($230) was more than reasonable given the circumstances. Both Zack and Josh were kind, helpful, and clearly went above and beyond. Really grateful for their quick service and genuinely good customer care. Highly recommend this location!

Josh was extremely patient and thorough in explaining why the alerts appeared, which tires needed to be replaced, and how they’d evaluate the brakes to see what, if anything, needed attention. Their estimate was very reasonable, and Josh even took the time to put air in all four tires and show me how to reset the sensor notifications. Excellent customer service — I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail!

Manager Josh and a couple of his guys gladly offered us help. They got the screws out and replaced them. They were friendly and professional. Absolutely a wonderful experience with this place. Highly recommend them.
