  The Assistant Manager was amazing, I booked online and my coupon didn’t come over for the right price. He looked it up and honored the online price without hesitation. The place was clean and everyone was professional. I didn’t realize they offered so many different services, I will be back for sure.

  I just had my vehicle serviced at Mavis Tires & Brakes, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. David and Anthony were great, from the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain what my car needed without trying to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. The pricing was fair and transparent, and there were no surprises when it came time to pay. It’s clear that the team takes pride in their work and values customer satisfaction.   I am very impressed with this shop. I usually do my own vehicle repairs but in times when I’m in a pinch I’ve taken two of my vehicles here over the last few months. On each occasion I’ve been very impressed with the Mavis team in Stokesdale. Their employees are both skilled, and professional and I have never felt pressured to have additional work done if they have a service recommendation. Glad that we have a new reputable auto shop in the area, I will be back.

  Great experience! This was my first visit to Mavis Tires & Brakes in Stokesdale. I was very impressed with David and staff. They were knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. My brake problem was taken care of and I left being a very satisfied customer. With the great service I received I will continue to go back and will definitely recommend them.
