  Great service! Everything was done efficiently and quickly. David was super helpful and professional. Highly recommend the place. Very clean shop and waiting area. Opening hours, include Saturday and Sunday(!) - very convenient. Will definitely be back!!!

  I had a fantastic experience at this Mavis Tire location. I had a stubborn slow leak in my tire and was worried I would need to buy a brand-new one. The team here was incredibly honest—they diagnosed the issue as a bad bead seal, not a puncture. They were able to remove, clean, and reseal the tire, fixing the leak completely for a very reasonable price. They were fast, polite, and didn't try to oversell me. I highly recommend them for their honesty and skill!

  Decided to give Mavis another try after an average experience at another Mavis location. Called in talked with David one of the managers, found him yo be knowledgeable and quick to accommodate and customer focused. Did a great job, will definitely be back!!

  I found the experience to be terrible, as I was quoted a price for a brake service that was double the standard rate. It appeared that prices were being made up on the spot rather than following a set structure. Due to this lack of transparency and the attempt to overcharge me, I cannot recommend your services to others. Lug nuts on both front wheel were not hand torqued to the manufacturer specs, they were installed by impact gun only. This place does not follow safety procedures.

  I visited Mavis Tires & Brakes in Stokesdale, NC today to have a flat tire repaired. When I arrived, all service bays were full and the team was clearly very busy. I was informed upfront that it would take approximately 30–45 minutes before they could begin working on my vehicle, which I appreciated. Despite the high volume of customers, my tire was repaired within about 45 minutes of my arrival. The staff was professional, courteous, and transparent throughout the entire process—from check-in to completion. I truly appreciate their efficiency and excellent customer service. Based on my experience today, I would confidently return for future tire or brake needs and highly recommend them to others
