  This was not a good day. Waited in lobby 2.5 hrs after car was completed rep called my cell phone and left a message, cell phone was left in the car. I told him I would be in the lobby. Just a lot of miss communication. Also warranty was 5 days expired I understand what expired means but no grace. Oh well good reason not to return. Die Hard Ford Man Jeff Walsh

  The technicians did a good job taking care of the call backs and oil change. The did a battery change under warranty. I had a question about my factory warranty start date as I purchased the truck as a “leftover new” 8/19/2024. I have been receiving notice from Ford that my warranty is up in May of this year. I called and left multiple messages for Ronnie to call me back but I have heard a word from anyone.

  Sarah and Vinny were great on the sales end; very professional and had everything together like we agreed. This was a big deal for us as we were driving from South Carolina to purchase our new vehicle. We had a slight issue with the license plate transfer due to being out of state, so John overnighted us a temporary plate until the issue is resolved. When the time comes to buy another new vehicle Randy Marion Ford will be my first call.

  Our salesmen, Jackson was outstanding.He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle. Fully engaged as he served us with patience, courtesy, answering questions and providing information.   We purchased our Lincoln Navigator 2023 from Randy Marion. We live in VA so we couldn’t see the vehicle in person. We depended on the honesty and integrity of the sales person. Eli was terrific. He took pictures and texted/talked with my husband for about a week prior to our trip to NC to see the vehicle. The day we drove down there we let them know we were coming so they wouldn’t sell the vehicle to anyone else. It was ready for us when we arrived. Eli made us feel very welcome and encouraged us to test drive it until we could make a decision. The Navigator was in immaculate condition and matched the description Eli had given us. We made the decision to purchase and worked with the finance person. Alec was amazing. He went over all of our options, was very clear and answered our questions patiently. We made a healthy down payment and he even accepted our personal check since it was Friday afternoon at 4:30 pm and getting a cashiers check or money order was not an option. He was incredibly personable and made us feel comfortable with the entire process. It was a five and a half hour drive one way and we would do it again despite the distance.
