  Both Sudy and Joe helped my family find a new vehicle. They gave us fair pricing and great customer service! Our new/used vehicle had a minor maintenance issue and Sudy was quick to assure us that Randy Marion would take care of the issue for us free of charge. Both Sudy and the maintenance team went above and beyond, even staying after hours, to get our vehicle back to us in a timely manner. Thank you team! Wife’s happy, kids are happy, reliable vehicle, what more can you ask for?

  Quinn was our salesman. He was awesome. He took care of everything and kept us updated in the progress. We were there no time because of Quinn. We would recommend him to everyone. We were very pleased with the service we received.

  If you’re in the market for a new ride (work or pleasure), we highly recommend Hobie Rhodes, at Randy Marion Chevrolet Statesville. We live on the Outer Banks, and this dealership was a bit of a trip for us. Hobie new we were traveling a little over 5 hours both ways and took so much care to have everything ready for us when we arrived. In as little as 45 minutes (from start to finish) we were back on the road headed home. Hobie is straightforward, knowledgeable, and so organized. This was hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had. We will certainly travel the distance in the future to do business with Hobie. Highly recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I had a great experience at this dealership working with Juan last week. I had intended to just casually test drive a car I’d had some experience in the driver seat of, but the 2019 BMW M2 Comp was in such good condition I just couldn’t justify walking on it. They worked with me on pricing & I left with a deal I felt good about, and financing was a breeze too. Don’t be scared to buy trade-ins from different manufacturer dealerships - especially ones like this where they work with BMW pros who know the car and could look over it too. 1 week later still very happy with my purchase and loving this car! If I don’t ever update this review, then I am still happy and if I’m not it ain’t their fault 😂

  We left this place absolutely dumbfounded..... they didn't ask our name, didn't shake our hand, didn't even TRY to sell the $75,000 truck we went to look at. We walked inside while the salesperson was asking the sales manager the bottom dollar for this truck, and everyone in there was playing on their phone and not 1 person asked if we needed help as we walked around looking at the Corvettes. Juan came back with a price that was HIGHER than advertised online! On a new 2024 truck that has been sitting on the lot for 2+ years. But we were told they were really motivated to sell this vehicle. Didn't ask if we wanted to drive it, turned it off while we were still looking at it, and the truck was so dirty from not being washed, much less being drove. That's not good on any vehicle to sit and not be drove. I don't see how this place is still in business as nobody here had ANY initiative to TRY and sell a vehicle or get a name or number. We were just at a complete loss for words. Especially when we were very interested in making SOME KIND OF DEAL. That's probably why nobody was even at this place on a beautiful Friday eve looking at vehicles. I guess they already knew they wouldn't get help. We drove an hour for NOTHING!! Sad thing is, we still want the truck, but nobody even bothered to even try to talk with us. I see why it has sit there for over 2 years because NOBODY IS MOTIVATED TO SELL ANYTHING AT THIS PLACE!!! I would not go back to this place for anything! Very very disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would.
