  I had a frustrating experience with Gerber Collision & Glass in Statesville, NC. I brought my truck in for a pre-scheduled repair, but it ended up sitting there for two weeks with no work done. I was told they were waiting on me to bring new wheels, but there were simple solutions that could have kept things moving—like putting the spare on and towing it to a suspension shop so repairs could begin. Instead, it felt like unnecessary delays were used to push me toward letting them handle mounting and balancing the tires through their own channels, likely at an upcharge for sublet work. That didn’t sit right with me. These delays also caused me to go past the turn-in date for my insurance-covered rental, costing me additional time and stress. There were multiple ways this could have been avoided if the work had started in a timely and proactive manner. Overall, the lack of communication, unnecessary delays, and missed details made this a disappointing experience. I expected better attention to both efficiency and customer concerns.

  Frustrated with them. First they had my car for about 30 days. Every time it was supposed to be done they kept extending the pick up date. When they finally got finished I had to bring it back to have the panel gap adjusted. The manager brought it out for me to inspect and it still needed adjustment. Once again they adjusted it to correct it. Had to return it again because the air conditioning system wasn’t working properly. Another day and a half, after 4 days of being “fixed “ the air conditioning isn’t cooling anymore. I do not recommend using this place

  The entire staff was very friendly to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a better job. They were extremely fast and kept me apprised every step of the way. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs collision repair.

  Brought my Tundra here awhile back. The people were great but the service on my truck suck. They did a bad job on painting. 6 months down the road, the paint start cracking. They also did broke my visor and they did paid with a cheaper version but did not try to install it.
