Given past experiences with other dealerships other than Randy Marion, this was a very pleasant shopping and buying experience. Our Sales Consultant, Meredith, was professional and extremely personable. She is newer to the sales team and is learning, but we feel that she will develop into a successful and valuable team member very quickly. We were not pressured in any way and were given a fair and competitive price on our new truck. Meredith, Paul and Allison all worked diligently to get our sales transaction completed efficiently and thoroughly. We were driving home in our new truck in no time at all and are very satisfied. We would definitely recommend this location to others.

We have always had our work done at Everett Chevrolet and never had any issues due to needing something fixed immediately we had to use Randy Marion being it was closer to home, boy was that a mistake brand new brakes still scrubbing and squealing and not to mention they tried to say my vehicle was in need of over 2000.00 in repairs. We took our vehicle to Everett and said repairs from randy Marion were basically a lot of fluff and crap. My husband even called and talked to the manager over the service department who basically told us to deal with it or we could bring it back in and pay more money. What a joke. I would never go back there again and waste my money or time.

Our salesman Hobbie was great to work with. He didn’t lead us on. He was not pushy. And he cut to the chase with no runaround. I highly recommend dealing with Hobbie if your looking for a new or used car or truck.

Do not shop here unless the vehicle is brand new and even after that still be cautious!! They have sold me a 40,000 vehicle that didn’t last 30 days call theirselves fixing it and it was worse than it was when we originally bought it! Advised us to take it to another dealership and they would fix it then they backed out of fixing it because the price was too high and they wanted to blame parts instead of making it right with their customer. I have spoken with a few other people who experienced this issue as well and there will be a lawsuit from all of us because this is unfair, falsifying, and breach of contract business and the manager Rhyne do not consider his customers at all just point blame everywhere else. Do not shop here Randy Marion needs to be shut down honestly or bought out by a better business!
