- KKKay1 day ago3.0Traveled 1-1/2 hrs to buy a 3500 gas p/u. .Michelle was a good salesperson but the next day when printing all our paperwork (receipt, everything) we realized "Paul" increased the sticker price $600 from what we have a pic of that was on the truck on the lot for sale. Explanation: delivery fuel when up after they priced it? We were also told "we got a good deal on the truck". We have researched for 6+ months prior to purchase & decided to make a long trip to buy. We are owed $600 + applicable tax. Not a good business practice.

He came over with his manager and we talked about it and his manager had him send me the information on the vehicle. He also ent me information on another truck he thought I would like better. I told him I would be back with my wife to look both over and test drive them. Needless to say we bought the second truck and have been very happy with it ever since. Hobie made the process very easy and went above and beyond our expectations. Great person and I would recommend him to anyone buying a new or used car / truck.
