    I was in early morning on 11/13. The Asst. Manager, Carol Kowalski was extremely pleasant and helpful. My daughter had a blowout on her car on her way home from work in Statesville and of course there is no spare tire in the trunk. Once we got there, Carol helped out and had the car taken care of and my daughter on her way within the hour. I would highly recommend this facility and I hope Mr. tire knows how much of a great employee they have in Carol.

    I had a flat tire and pulled into Mr. Tire to see if it could be repaired. The lady at the front desk was really nice. The mechanics fixed my tire, my spare tire, balanced them and made sure I had sufficient air in my other tires. Thank you

    The buying and paying was great but when we called for an update on my vehicle the person on the phone started arguing with my son about something his brakes needing changed and he just wanted an update on if the car was done. The appointment was for 12 it was dropped off at 11:30 didn't get it until around 5pm
