    Blown tire on a road trip after 6 pm. These guys had the tire i neeed, a fair price, and got me back on the road and kept me out of a hotel. Thank you!

    Booked and appointment the day prior to have some tires put on that I already had in my possession no problem. Upon arriving what the person told me on the phone versus what they told me in person varied greatly. Long story short the appointment was not documented right which didnt matter at all because they said they wouldn't put my tires on any ways because they were 3 years old even if they were new. The issue with that was they could have told me on the phone and saved both of us time.

    Very expensive it seems like a very affordable place both times I came and ends up being a crazy amount. Doesn’t call You to let you know it’s gonna be more than we talked about you show up and it’s $1400. I’ve given them two chances will not be going back.

    Went for back brakes and rotors. Was told it would take 1 1/2 hours. 3 hours later, they had just found out the brake sensor was not provided with the other parts. Then when I went to drive off, my brake sensor was not reset. In all, it was about 4 hours. I typically get great service here. Could have been a one off day for the business.

    Every time I come to have my vehicle looked at and taken care of they always are so nice and let me know what’s going on as they go. Bought tires there awhile back and needed them rotated and checked and it was no problem. Thanks a bunch Mr tire!
