  Stopped in earlier today to have my brakes looked at and had a really good experience thanks to Victoria. She was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was handled the right way. The brakes are good as new now and no more squeaking. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and making sure things are done right. Good customer service like that is hard to find these days.

  Had a tire issue and stopped by here on my way into work. Was greeted by Victoria whom was the assistant manager. Told her about why I stopped in and she promptly assisted and helped me find a resolution. After looking at the tire with the techs it was decided I needed a new one due to the place I had apparently ran over a nail in and was through the sidewall. She worked on getting me a good deal and got me on my way within the hour. Would stop in and have other services done as all the other staff was great and professional as well.

  I had an outstanding experience at this location today. I came in with both a bolt and a nail in my tire and was concerned about the damage, but the team handled everything promptly and professionally. Johnnie Smith, the Store Manager, went above and beyond to ensure I was fully taken care of and that the repair was completed quickly and correctly. The level of customer service, honesty, and efficiency demonstrated by the entire staff truly exceeded my expectations. The process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of tire service. Exceptional service all around.
