    Horrible experience for my first time renting a car from them. Car was sticky, smelled horrible and left me with an Empty gas tank. Will never choose to rent from this enterprise again!

    The first vehicle experienced engine failure and broke down while I was driving on I-77. The second vehicle, which I picked up from the South Boulevard location in Charlotte, had malfunctioning headlights. As a result, I was pulled over twice by Harrisburg police. On both occasions, I contacted the Enterprise location in Statesville for assistance. Unfortunately, the representatives were dismissive and unhelpful. I was essentially told to handle the situation myself or drive from Uptown Charlotte to retrieve a minivan. The level of customer service was extremely poor, and there was a clear lack of concern for my safety or inconvenience. The final vehicle, which I picked up from Charlotte Douglas Airport, was satisfactory and did not present any issues. Overall, this was one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had.

    I like the staff at the Statesville location. They know their stuff and also showed concern for my situation. They were quick and easy to work with. This crew needs to train customer service for other enterprise locations. I will definitely recommend and choose this location again for my upcoming vacations. I have 3 more this year and the Statesville location is now my go to location
