  The building and the vehicles are always clean. The employees are polite and very helpful. The facility is located next to I-77, which makes traveling easier.

  Do not rent from them. I had a one way rental that I did over the phone with the 800 national # asked them 3 times. This is a one-way rental. I will rent it today and return it in Sebastian Florida location the next day. My Jeep broke down. That's another story. The gentleman on the phone told we no problem. I had Lane from Black Chrysler taking me there and letting my Jeep sit there. On the way there they called me from the Statesville location and tell me they do not have a car for me. But when you go by the store the parking lot had all kinds of vehicles. I know because I had to get a motel at the Best Western to spend the night. My husband had to send a roll-back with my Yukon on it and put the Jeep back on it and take it back to Pennsylvania and then I could he'd to Florida. All because they would not let me rent one way. Said that wasn't the reason they just didn't have a car. I did not go in the store because it would not have been good. Don't tell me you don't have a care when the lot is full and national # said you had plenty and I could rent one-way. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.

  I rent a car through my insurance company. The car broke down twice and instead of giving me a new rental, they instruct me to have the car towed to Firestone complete care under my roadside assistance.

  Worst experience ever! Went into rent a midsize SUV and everything seemed relatively normal. A slight awkwardness from the employee but nothing major. When it was time to pay they told me I needed a major credit card. I was a little surprised because I literally just rented a mid size SUV like 5 months ago. I asked when did the policy change. Which I was told that's how it's always been. When I went to my personal vehicle to get my credit card some manager guy followed me out. Not in the sense of being helpful. But like he wanted to argue with me. I turned around and he was inches from my face. I asked him to please back up as I was at my driver side door. Then he looked me in my face and said you know what I'm not renting to you, your being rude...... Excuse me! You're the one up my rear end as I'm bending into my car to get my credit card.! I never raised my voice, I have to completely professional. The most I said is this is absurd let me go to the car and get my credit card.! Completely absurd! I ended up taking my personal vehicle on vacation. I called the corporate side of things they said they would call me back. Here it is Sunday still waiting. Just a complete joke! I don't know if I'll ever trust Enterprise again to begin with, but I will never trust the Statesville branch again!

  Such a lack of communication, and dismissive to people like their trash when they messed up our reservation. Like the employees are covering own butts for messing up and not doing their jobs. Smh never again with this Enterprise. Over 10 years, countless rentals, and recommended to numerous people. Things happen for a reason and I never would have imagined. Completely done! And yes I reached out to corporate like this response said to do. And nothing! Clearly that Tim guy is a HUGE problem.... Look at how many 1 star reviews in the past 5 months.... Just sad when people are put in a seat of power but can't handle it. Good job Enterprise! Got so big you stopped giving a crap about your customers and it shows.
