- AAAleNov 8, 20251.0The manager refused to help me remove my light, claiming he couldn’t leave the store alone despite seeing other workers inside. I tried again later for guidance to tell me how to do it, but he gave me a lazy answer. Later, he comes out the store and helped another customer while ignored my ongoing issue. My boyfriend had to go and ask for help, he finally came out with pliers to remove the light. He also mistakenly sold me the wrong light, so we returned to the store to replace it. The other worker started attending us and he needed the manager’s code to return the item, but we waited a long time, even hearing giggling in the back until we got help. Mind you the manager was in a video call with his I guess significant other the entire time since I got to the store, never put the phone away. 1 hour and 30 minutes to change 1 light its crazy just because he didn’t wanna help me since the beginning.
