  I wanna say that Allan the general manager at statesville camping world was great to handle my problem. As far as the people in 2024 was concerned wasn’t great but Allan seems to care.

  Today I sit in my new to me 2016 blue ridge. After searching for a fifth wheel for a while. Just doing it myself around nc and sc. finding that people are not honest about what they have and the condition of there campers. All faith in finding the perfect camper for our little family. And the faith in humanity was tarnished. We kept looking and found ourself in statesville with Terrell. Number one we were running seriously behind with life beating us down. Terrell had come in on his day off and had gone home to take care of his dogs. We let him know we were going to make it in to see the camper. He came al the way back to work 45 min drive that he had already made twice that day do to the neglect of us not communicating that we had things going on. When we finally met Terrell he was happy and full of energy a young consultant made us feel comfortable. We had never bought or owned a camper before. He was more than happy to educate us on everything that the camper is featured with. We got done and talked about pricing we came to our agreement. The next day we came with the truck and money to take off with our new camper. There was never a moment I felt pressured or discouraged with this purchase. It was made so easy with minimal effort. Terrell and Joey in financial got us taking care of. I work for one of the top work places in Charlotte nc. And we have high expectations for customer service. So that being said I can be the worst customer but there values are top notch and Terrell is one of the best customer service providers I have ever worked with and I will do work with him agian in the future. Terrell is a man of faith and my wife seen that he had a pretty little cross and she wanted it put in the trailer Terrell was gracious and came to her and told that it is in the trailer that he pray over it for our journey. Thank you Terrell for being the you and bringing our dreams to reality I wish you well.

  Guy in parts is incredibly rude. Also bought an air conditioner online that it showed they had two in stock of (paid over $1,000) and they wouldnt sell them to me because they’re “for other customers”. Just FYI if you buy something you wont be refunded for 2-4 business days. So if you need something expensive in a hurry make sure you have at least double the money to be able to buy it while you wait for your money to be returned.

  if I could give 100 stars, I would! We are on our way from Pittsburgh to Florida and our AC cover blew off. We were 9 miles from Camping World… pulled in around 515. Service was already closed. But, Roger and the entire staff went above and beyond. Locating the correct cover, calling in Brandon to come back and install the cover. All within 90 minutes they had us back on the road! You guys are our saviors! We will be forever grateful to all of you! The most outstanding and kind people! Hands down the best customer service we’ve ever received! God Bless you all!   Great place and great group of professionals to do business with. Chuck was more interested in finding our needs and the right camper to purchase then just selling us the first one we looked at. His knowledge and attention to details was a huge help from start to finish. Everyone that was a part of the process was professional and helpful with whatever we needed. They even helped arrange delivery of our camper to our permanent site, and Chuck took the time to visit onsite and go back over some details after everything was setup. Nice to still find businesses and people that are people focused and not just sales driven!!
