- JAJosh AndersonFeb 11, 20261.0Frustrated and anxious. The key fob for my current rental has a low battery (it’s a push to start so if the key fob dies, I cannot use the vehicle). I tried calling Enterprise twice and both times I was unable to reach a representative. The second time it seemed as though someone answered the phone and hung up. I hope that the vehicle remains operational until I make contact with a representative and receive instruction. My past experiences with Enterprise (multiple locations, not exclusively this location) over the last 6 months have been inconvenient and less than satisfactory. It seems like policies change often and the customer service representatives don’t provide adequate information until the very last minute, resulting in my lack of proper funding, documentation and/or procedural requirements. I’ve wasted time and money to arrive at a rental location, having previously made a reservation, only to be told I’m ineligible for rental service. My personal issues with lack of transportation are irrelevant, but it would have saved me from emotional fatigue and unnecessary spending to have known such necessary information when reserving the rental by phone.

Your bank will not see the reversal amount. And the money will just disappear in your credit card. Enterprise gone down bad I will never use it again. Check reddit for information. Dont get scammed
