I just want to say that I always use this location for my rental needs , always so inviting to come in to welcoming smiles !! but this time was not so inviting the agent that helped me was so unprofessional and rude I was about to just never use enterprise again...but when the manager Mrs Irene called me just to do a check in with me, she learned of the situation and handled it accordingly. She assured me that's not how business was conducted compensated me a % back and I'm so grateful and I will be back to continue our rental relationship Long time

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been trying for over a week to get my full deposit back. I extended my rental date and this created a second charge from Enterprise. The second charge is still on hold with my bank. They have yet to close out the second charge so I can get my full deposit back. I have talked to the the office I rented from, the branch manger, customer service and emailed their customer care team and sent them screenshots of my bank statement. All I have gotten is a promise that the regional manger will contact me. No one has contacted me. Now I was just told by a customer service agent it could take weeks for the regional manger to contact me and for me to get my deposit back. Also this branch does not close out your rental agreement and start issuing a refund until they call you days later and get a customer review. Refunds should be issued they day the rental is returned not after they get their customer review. Enterprise advertises that they "Give every customer a great experience. Go the extra mile with their customer service. Promise to put the customer first." This company does not live up to their promise. If they lived up to their promise it should not take weeks for me to hear back from the regional manger and get my deposit back. I have been an Enterprise customer since 1996 when I was in the Navy. This is the worst customer service I have received from Enterprise in 29 years. Beware of renting from this office it could take weeks to get your deposit back.

They did not have my rental ready at the time of pick up, but after a few phone calls I waited a quick ten minutes for my rental. Irene is the best. Customer service super star!!

Enterprise has been exceptional throughout this entire process. After my vehicle was damaged in an accident, I experienced significant delays and challenges obtaining a rental through the insurance company. Once those issues were finally resolved and I was able to contact Enterprise, Brian provided outstanding service. He was professional, kind, and extremely accommodating. Although the rental I received was not comparable to my personal vehicle, this was due to insurance limitations and not Enterprise. In fact, the vehicle provided exceeded the insurance company’s daily allowance, and Brian graciously waived the overage so I could move forward with the responsibilities that had been put on hold due to the accident. The rental car itself was clean, comfortable, fuel-efficient, and overall very enjoyable to drive. My only minor concern was that the vehicle appeared to be due for an oil change. Aside from that, my experience with Enterprise was excellent, and Brian’s assistance truly made a stressful situation much easier to manage.
