He was awesome. He had great customer service skills and was very courteous and polite. He answered my questions and was genuinely interested in assisting me. He is a Great employee and a good representative of the company.

The car I received was clean, and I didn’t wait too long to get it, even though there was only one person working at the time. The only thing is, the website for this location said there’s no after-hours vehicle drop-off, so I thought I couldn’t drop it off on Saturday. When I dropped it off on Monday, I found out there was actually a drop-off box for keys, which was a bit upsetting to find out later. The employee mentioned they’ve informed corporate about it, but the website still hasn’t been updated. Hey corporate, you need to update the website for the Southport, NC Enterprise location. Just wanted to let others know there is an after-hours drop-off option with a box.
