Last two Enterprise rentals (locations in 2 different cities) provided minivans that required cleaning when the third row of seats were folded to accommodate luggage and wheelchair. While both locations readily agreed to clean the cars, each rental process was increased by about 15 minutes. This "LEAN" rework activity shows that there room for improvement in the quality of the rent car process. We also rent minivans for one way trips. Providing a one way rental with less than half a tank of gas transfers the time burden of getting on the highway with adequate fuel for several hours. The last two rentals from different cities required recleaning the minivan after the third row of seats were folded. Two of the last three one way rentals were delivered with non full tanks. One was over half, one was under half. On positive notes, the minivans ran well, tires were properly inflated, registration was current. Rental staff were friendly. Thus 4 stars over the last 4 rentals

Was told they'd refunded my money. 2 weeks later still no refund and they are always closed when I try to call. I guess I'll turn it in as fraud. UPDATE: I contacted the company as they requested after my review. The person I spoke with was useless and stated the branch manager would contact me, which never happened (shocking). My next step is filing a complaint with the BBB. This company is the worst. They cancel your prepaid reservation and then keep the money!
