  I went to the Auto Zone location in Southport, NC today and had the most extraordinary experience. I bought the thing I went in for, took it out to my car and realized it didn't work. I went back in, looked around and asked Joe if I could try another version. He agreed, I tried it, and it didn't work either. So I returned the original purchase, Joe took me out to his truck to show me what he thought I wanted (not what I went in for). And once I saw that, it was clear what to do. He helped me buy what I actually needed. Sheer perfection! This was a modest purchase, not what folks usually shop for in a store like that. For him to take that much time to help me was incredible. Thank you!

  Brian was great I wasn’t sure really what to do he explained and actually helped me replace my light bulb! I really appreciate the help more than he knows ! Always will come back the staff is amazing
