  Never go here. They didnt put my protective guard under my car back together properly after my oil change, resulting in it falling off my car. I went back, and they basically said not there problem and just gave me a discount on the next change instead of resolving the issue.

  I have used Valvoline for many many years. When I move I go out of my way to find a Valvoline. I do this because I trust that they check everything to make sure that it’s in working condition and that I am safe. I am an older, single female, and I do not have anybody to check all of that for me. when I pulled in the staff were very nice, they made you feel welcome, but then they got distracted. They popped the hood, drained the oil and replaced the oil that was it. No blinker/light check, no tire check, no fluid top off, no oil light reset, the security guard at work reset it for me. I knew my tire pressure was low because the light was on so I asked them to check the tire pressure and they did and put air in my tire, but nothing else no windshield washer fluid know anything as I watch the oil drain into the container the young lady who was very nice and the young man, who was also very nice,we’re chatting. They took the dip stick out and they put the new oil in again. That was it she did show me the dipstick afterwards Typically when checking out they ask if any discount supply or if I have any coupons typically the gentleman give me a discount for being a nurse, they typically go over everything at the end of my service., oil filter etc. The young man, not the same one that checked me in, collected the bill while the oil was being put into the car and never went over my print out and handed handed me a sticker. That’s when I asked about my tire pressure and he said oh yea. We will check that for you. As soon as the oil was in the young lady had me start to check pressure and then sent me on my way. I had to flag the young man from out side that was trying to pull me out of the bay back in to remind him my tires needed checked. . There was no information given. I’m a nurse I would’ve called it discharge information. The young man or young ladies are typically very informative once the service is complete. This was very very disappointing especially with how nice everybody was. I pulled in. They changed the oil. I had to ask for my tire pressure to be checked. I pulled out not what I expected and not the type of service I was used to. I was very very disappointed. And I question if the right oil and appropriate amount was even put in to my car. All these years I have trusted Valvoline I feel were crushed in one experience. I am hoping this crew was just having an off day and this is not the service typically rendered. If it is how they operate daily I worry one of them will be injured. There was very little situational awareness, and this is always dangerous.   Great place to get your oil change staff and managers welcome you and they are very helpful on what your vehicle needs. I am thankful for that because they are honest.
