  Everything was good. Mr. Tanner Rekow, thanks so much for your service from when I drove up.(He knew what I was talking about from the start and went right to the problem) He was so pleasant., Helpful and kind. His personality meant a lot while I was there. He went above and beyond his calling. It was great to see someone like him out front.   It was a really pleasant experience purchasing the 2027 KIA TELLURIDE HYBRID SX-PRESTIGE (Glacial White Pearl) at this dealership.   The staff at the front desk in service were great. I believe Tommy helped me. However, it took forever to get ahold of the finance manager to confirm a repair was covered under warranty. After using a paid day out of work to fix the issue (I understand the concept of diagnosing) I was told they would call me when the part they needed to repair came in. I never got that call.

  I made an appointment a week in advance to get a recall item replaced. I was 10 minutes early, they took my car and asked if I would be waiting, I said I would go grab some breakfast. While out they texted me that my car was ready to go. I returned looking for my KIA representative, they said he was out with another customer, so I told them my car is supposed to be ready, they said yes, your representative will call you. Finally after 45 min waiting in the waiting room 2.5 hours after dropping my car, the representative came out looking for someone else, and recognized me sitting there. Why get an appointment, if you’re going to be put on the back burner, and made to wait for a recall replacement part.

  From the initial contact (made by me), numerous phone calls and texts later I finally made my purchase with Southern Pines Nissan/Kia (n the same building). KEITH is absolutely the best. Professional, VERY knowledgeable and patient. We were discussing one vehicle, but ultimately I ended up switching vehicles and did something completely different and he was there through the whole process. FINANCE Dept, was one of the best I have ever experienced. No pressure, and they were patient. With all the electronics and everything that I got on my vehicle, I did get an extended service contract that covered everything I wanted to include maintenance. It was actually a very enjoyable experience and I will buy from there again. Call and ask for KEITH.
