  I want to share how truly amazing this team was! Was started out as a bad day with a car issue ended with the most positive and amazing experience at this location. I rent monthly for work. I had to exchange after having a car malfunction. Asiaj the branch manager had a room full of customer and her and her team were rocking taking people back and getting people on the road. Her and her team took time to make sure everything was right and explained that they may not have anything for me. They worked magic and got me in a car after making calls and working their system. Thank you for making a bad day turn into a great one and getting me back on the road! Amazing service and patience and would highly recommend working with this team if you have any rental needs! Thank you Asiaj and Dan!

  So I rented a car on March 22 from the Southern Pines branch. After realizing I left my charge cord where I had been staying, Van Foley, the manager, offered me his own cord! I did realize I had one from a different device so I didn't need it. But then 15 minutes down the road, he called me to tell me that my wallet was found on the floor! The business was closed by then so he met me down the road to return it to me. Not sure where my head was that day, but Mr. Foley's kindness saved me from a world of headache and was greatly appreciated!

  Chronically Under Staffed. I rent from here about once a month. I like every individual employee that I have met. Seriously good people. Unfortunately the company will not hire enough staff (or won't pay enough to be competitive with other businesses). Sometimes only 1 person is on staff. There can be a backlog of several cars that need to be cleaned. This results in long waits, incomplete cleaning, not picking up the phone. Meanwhile you can see the workers running around trying to keep up. I absolutely blame the management and company not the excellent employees. Be ready for a long wait and slow service.

  My car rental experience at this location was excellent. I rented a vehicle for a total of over three weeks. Steven assisted me during my first visit; as a foreigner with limited English proficiency, I had many questions and uncertainties regarding the rental process, but Steven patiently explained everything to me using a translation tool. I am very grateful for his patience. On my subsequent two visits, I was assisted by Van; he was incredibly enthusiastic—truly a cheerful character—and provided fantastic service. I had previously heard stories about some rental companies deliberately nitpicking for faults during the return process just to withhold deposits, but this location did no such thing—at least, I certainly didn't encounter that issue this time. We completed the vehicle handover smoothly, and their inspection process was very quick, demonstrating a high level of professionalism. Thank you all for your outstanding service.
