Instead I arranged a pick up and was dropped back off at 12:15. I called at 1 (the three hour time from my drop off) and was told it would be another hour and a half. Additionally I reached out via text to my customer service rep and never heard back. Suffice to say I am disappointed

He is the best I’ve went through so many Kia dealerships, including Lumberton, Fayetteville and Raleigh and put thousands into repairing my vehicle Tom uncovered It was a manufacturer warranty defect with my engine and was able to replace it. Kia Of Southern pines is the only place I will do business with I want to say thank you guys for everything that you do and I am so grateful I will only get my car serviced with you guys. You guys are the best.

I am had a program to go to so I went to that came back three hours later and to pick up my car. They could not find my car. I was a little annoyed and said I hope you didn’t sell it or give it away. I was told to sit in the waiting area so they could find my car. I said to the young man that I should get it my service free for the inconvenience. After 45 minutes of waiting, they finally found my car it was done. And I was on my way, and they did not charge me, which was a good.
