  Kieth was super helpful and I appreciated the amount of knowledge he showed with the individual models as well as car facts in general. I am not a fan of dealerships for the main reason of pushy salesman but I did not experience this at all. We were able to look freely and ask questions as well as just chat. Definitely recommend southern pines Kia if you’re in the market. Not only are they friendly but the cars are top notch as well!!

  Took my Kia Telluride yesterday to get a recall taken care of. Pulled up they quickly checked me in with a tablet, told me what they’d be doing and when they’d be done. I signed and left! Received text from the guy so that I’d be able to text them if I needed to. They were done when they said they’d be and I received a text and call! Also received a text of all services done! Great experience, great customer service with Thomas!

  Had a great experience shopping for a car here at Kia. Keith was super helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicles he offered us. They let us test drive as many vehicles as my wife and I wanted. Keith was a lot of fun to work with and made it an enjoyable time in what would usually be a stressful process. Ward the sales manager was also a pleasure to work with and offered us a lot of different approaches. We will definitely be coming back to look at future vehicles and will be recommending our friends.

  I have a 2023 Telluride and I had cut the outer wall of my tire and needed a new tire. The tire had to be ordered prior to the appointment. They called when the tire arrived and checked to sure we were already scheduled for the replacement. Shannon in the service department was so helpful and asked if I had insurance on the tire, I said had no idea. She said let me look into it for you and if so it will pay for the replacement. What? That's awesome that even though I didn't know she was willing to find out - i would have had no idea where to even look! Tire was replaced, we also had them do an alignment. Car was washed and windows were cleaned too! We had left the car there and we're called when it was finished earlier than she had anticipated. Also when we came back in, my husband was not sure how to get to the service area from the sales floor, and a salesman said it's just around this way and walked us directly there we needed to be. Its just a little courtesy, but it meant a lot. Thank you Southern Pines Kia. I'd give you 6 stars if I could!

  Worst service I’ve had here. Typically I have average to an excellent experience. I came in for a 1pm appt at 1245, drove in and since nobody came to greet, acknowledge me, or take down the VIN and miles after 5 mins, I walked to the counter. The male agent already seemed agitated and overwhelmed as he asked “can I help you”, the female just started at me. I told him I had an appt for an oil change and tire rotation which are both under a plan. After he tried to charge me, I had to ask him to please make sure that he looks at my plan. He stated that my oil change was covered but tires were not. Again I had to tell him that I had tires installed here and it was part of the package. He looked in his computer again and said “oh yeah”. I told him we would wait on the care since it was a simple service. 2 hrs later I got up to check what was going on since I hadn’t received a diagnostic email or update. He stated they were almost done. I waited another half hour, and my car was “ready”. As I drove away with my CHILD in the car, I heard and felt the wheels shake/wobble loud. I turned around and had to drive back slowly and ask them to please fix the issue. I was told that the tore member was broke after tightening. Is there not a safety inspection done after services? My entire time for an oil change and tire rotation APPOINTMENT 1-4 pm.
