The initial experience was great, however after purchasing a vehicle from them back in 13SEP25, the service went down hill from there. I am still waiting for the new registration to send to me after purchasing the car two months ago.
13SEP25-purchase new car and trade in old car. At the time of purchase, I ask for the plate to be transfer.
03OCT25-recieved in the mail a new plate and a bill for the registration of a new vehicle. Not a transfer of plate as requested.
06OCT25-was finally able to get ahold of dealer. They say to return the new plate back to them and they will take care of it.
07OCT25-return new plate to dealer.
04NOV25-call to check on registration as I still haven't received it yet. Was told that I should receive it soon.
11-20NOV25-text and call multiple times, keep getting the answer they will get back to me but never did.
20NOV25-get a text reply back they are looking into why I got a new plate instead of transfer plate now. Why are they just started looking into the issues now, when I bought the new plate back to them over a month ago? Ask them to get me a call, never received one.
Now I am stuck in a limbo, not sure what is the next step is. Have a new car but still new registration after purchasing a car more than two months ago. Initial I told those who interested in buying a new car this location was great, now I am no longer making that recommendation. Specially, they will almost never return your phone call when asked.

I had an excellent experience working with Nick at this dealership. From start to finish, he was honest, transparent, and kept me fully updated throughout the entire process. His communication was consistent and genuine, and he never made me feel rushed or pressured. Nick was kind, patient, and always willing to answer my questions.
Even after the purchase was completed, he followed up with me to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was happy with my new car. That level of care and professionalism really stood out.
I highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive car-buying experience.

Where do I start. I have never registered a vehicle in NC before. I called this dealership on12/11/2025 asking if they would do an inspection on a non-registered vehicle. The service department told me it was no problem. I brought the car there at 0840 for a 0845 appointment. 2 hours later they told me they couldn't do the inspection because the car wasn't registered! I waited at this place for 2 hours, with an APPOINTMENT, just for them to tell me they couldn't start the inspection because of no license plate. Pay attention though. I had an appointment at 8:45. Which according to them should take less than an hour. I didn't leave until almost 11 because they couldn't "start" my inspection. This place...why did I call and they told me they'd do it? And then everyone denied it. "This call is being recorded for training purposes" but yet, no call was recorded.

Not a good experience when me and my girlfriend went there the other day! Our sales person Sam did an amazing job at helping us out and when I told him the car I was interested in was not gonna work out, he brought back his manager who sat me down and was very pushy on me about getting the car and did not give me ample time to speak what I was thinking. The manager was verbally aggressive in trying to get me to purchase a car that was simply not gonna work out for me by constantly interrupting me about what my monthly payment could possibly be. As me and my lady were leaving the business we shook Sam’s hand out of respect but the manager had what appeared to be an angry or annoyed look on his face to which we did not shake his hand. It was a highly disappointing service considering last time I was there Corey English gave me an amazing service and was very polite and professional in helping me get what I needed back in 2022. It should be noted that I got my new car from a dealership in Greensboro who were very polite to me and my girlfriend to which she came back and got herself a car the very next day.

Disappointed is an understatement.
I want to start by saying Sam, our sales guy, was awesome. He tried so hard to work with us, was super knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help us get what we wanted. Unfortunately I truly believe his hands were tied by the shady sales tactics of the sales manager.
With that being said let’s dig in-
My Boyfriend and I went in to look at new trucks. My boyfriend was between a couple different brands so wanted to check them all out. He test drove a super nice 2026 Tundra 1794 edition and loved it. After going back and forth they were able to get us a great interest rate and give my boyfriend 17.5k on his current truck. Once we finally agreed we really needed to leave to get the kids but before being allowed to leave we were told we had to put a 1k dollar deposit on the truck. I asked if we could just go and come back the next day because we really needed to go as we were going to be late and have been there for over 3 hours. We were told no if we wanted to lock in the interest rate and the deal we needed to do the deposit so we rushed to get that done as quickly as possible and were late getting to the kids.
After thinking about it my boyfriend realized he really didn’t want to go from a Chevy to a Toyota he wanted to stay with Chevy or GMC. (Idk I don’t get it but apparently people have an attachment to brands of trucks) So we did some research and found they had a used GMC on the lot! We thought this was perfect since he already put 1k down we could just use it towards that truck. The next day my boyfriend returned to the dealership to let them know he wanted to go with the GMC instead. I understand that this is probably disappointing for the dealership as there’s about 20k dollar difference in the price of the trucks but they’re supposed to want to help people get into the vehicle they really want right? Nope apparently they only want to get you in the vehicle that’ll make them the most money. After trying to get him to lease the Toyota they gave him the numbers for the GMC. They told him they’d only give him 13.5K for his truck, and the interest rate went up significantly. Obviously we expected it to go up some with it being a used car but my boyfriend’s credit is damn near perfect. No reason for it to jump up 6 points. They then showed him a side by side comparison of what his payment would be for the new truck with all the deals they were willing to give him compared to the terrible offer for the used truck of 4k less for his truck and the higher rate and told him “the total price of the vehicle doesn’t matter only the payments do.” They also refused to give him his 1K deposit back. I get he backed out of the deal but they hadn’t taken the truck off the website, and he told them less than 24 hours later he wanted a different vehicle on their lot. I guess since he wasn’t paying 70K for a truck they didn’t want to work with him, only wanted to take his money.
So let’s summarize. If he got the 70K dollar Truck they could give him 17.5K for his truck, and a low interest rate but if he paid 50K for one they could only give him 13.5K and an interest rate significantly higher making the payments only 200 dollars different. Smells pretty shady to me. After all the BS they could at least refund the 1K he used as a deposit in good faith since he only paid it because we were trying to get out of there.
I’ll be emailing the sales manager requesting a copy of the document he signed stating it was non refundable because we definitely didn’t see that so stay tuned for an update!
