Check in was slow; not sure if service area was slammed at that time or understaffed. Took 15 minutes to be greeted and that was after I got out of my car. After that, everything was great. Service agent acknowledged my need to get to another appointment, my inspection was done in 45 minutes so I was back on schedule. The waiting room was great with lots of room for spacing in this time of flu and the refreshment area was clean with lots of choices. Checkout was efficient and my agent was friendly and efficient.

My tire rotation and oil change was scheduled for 4:15, I pulled in the bay right on time. No other vehicles were in the bay. After 50 minutes with no update, i asked about my vehicle. The guy said I had to ask the guy who checked me in. He told they were working on it, gave me no estimated time, offered no explanation. I came back 30 minutes later, when I was told by Phil they were short handed. I finally got out at 5:40. There was no review of the work done, I was just given the amount and a receipt after I paid. All the guys were hanging around the desk hanging out off and on all afternoonThe customer service i received was abysmal. There was no urgency or concern for me, or respect for my time. To top it off, my air pressure was 39, 34, 36, 36. If I am going to spend $120+ and wait 90 minutes, at least do the job right. Needless to say I have no plans to endure this again, and will share this experience with anyone considering your store for sales or service. Now im going to get my tire pressure corrected. It wouldn't let me do 0 stars, so you get 1
See the picture of my air pressure.

Wes with the vest provided an outstanding car-buying experience from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I found the right vehicle rather than just making a sale. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions without pressure, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail really stood out. If you’re looking for a salesperson who truly goes above and beyond, ask for Wes. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and highly recommend this dealership because of him.

I was sold a vehicle involved in a dispute with another dealership that never should’ve been listed for sale. I came to Pinehurst Toyota and salesman Robbie Person specifically on a referral. I live 1hr15min away. On Monday 12/15 I wrote a check for $30K for 2020 Ram Rebel that was also having a new transmission put in at Leith Chrysler. There was a clause that stated I could get a full refund if the vehicle didn’t run right when I took possession. I was told the truck would be ready for pickup “later this week.” Easy enough.
2 days later, I took it upon myself to call Leith Chrysler and inquire when the truck would be finished. I was surprised when their service team told me it was ready for pickup and they were waiting on Pinehurst Toyota to come get it.
I called Robbie telling him I wanted to come get the vehicle that evening; he immediately got defensive and told me it wasn’t possible, and reminded me I could back out of the deal. This illogical response was a red flag because I wasn’t asking for a refund, I simply want the vehicle I paid for. I knew key information was being withheld from me.
Minutes later, Ryan from the service dept called and came clean stating that they were involved in a $1,800 dispute with Leith Chrysler and that my truck had been “held hostage for 2-4 weeks” and he had no idea when I would actually get the truck. This obviously should’ve been disclosed to me up front and was not. Deceptive. I appreciated the truth, and it did explain Robbie’s strange reaction to me asking questions.
Saturday 12/20, Pinehurst Toyota got the truck back from Leith and said it should be ready on Monday 12/22. They then kept finding more problems with the truck that needed to be fixed and habitually telling me “hopefully tomorrow.”
The final straw was on Tuesday (9 days after purchasing it), that service manager Steven told me they didn’t get the truck finished again because quote “the technician got preoccupied with other things today.” All he needed to do was put in an oil cooler which Steven stated was a 1 hour task. Why was doing a 1 hour job to deliver a vehicle to a client who has been waiting for 9 days not #1 on the priority list? The lack of urgency to correct a bad situation was highly concerning.
In sum, there was deception, a lack of urgency to correct problems AFTER buying the car, and Pinehurst Toyota caused me much aggravation & stress for the 10 days leading up to Christmas Eve. THIS TRUCK NEVER SHOULD’VE BEEN LISTED FOR SALE because 1. Involved in a dispute with another dealership, and 2. It apparently was a lemon. On Christmas Eve, I spent 2.5hrs driving to their dealership to get my money back. Given the prior deception, I can’t help but wonder if I still wasn’t getting the full story on this truck. Terrible experience all the way around at Pinehurst Toyota.

I had a wonderful experience at Pinehurst Toyota on Saturday, December 20, 2025, while exploring the Toyota Corolla Cross. I want to give a huge THANK YOU to Kellan, Marquis, Cory, Hilary, and Sterling for making the entire process smooth, professional, and stress-free.
My standout moment was during the test drive and financing discussion. Everything was explained clearly and honestly; features, safety technology, pricing, and payment options; without any pressure. The team took their time answering my questions and made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way, which truly set this experience apart.
The teamwork, patience, and genuine care shown by everyone made this one of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. I would absolutely recommend Pinehurst Toyota to anyone looking for a welcoming environment and exceptional customer service.
