  I recently purchased my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe at Pinehurst Hyundai. Westley was so kind and helpful and made the entire process run smoothly. I appreciated the fact there was absolutely no pressure. Everyone there treated me so nicely. Now I can’t wait for my first road trip!

  I unfortunately have been going to this dealership since I first moved here in May 2002. And have several Toyotas. And unfortunately, throughout the years I have seen this Toyota dealership screws not only myself ( military) but elders out of thousands of dollars. Moore country is known to be a military and retirement community. And this photo is another example of the unprofessional, childish, monopoly behavior At this dealership. I was in there to get a part for my vehicle and Sergio chaparro Gave me a quote and printed it out, but he decided to blur out the part number and the description. As if we can’t do a google search and find the part number and description. Pinehurst Toyota is behaving like a monopoly, (not the game). There have been times where I would purposely remove the spare tire from my car and put it in the garage, Then I would ask for them to put air in the spare tire and When it came time to check out, they would inform me that they did put air in the spare tire and I would ask “ how did you put air in the spare tire when it does not have one”? So I never know if my oil is truly changed or if the service was done on my car. This should happen to anyone especially to military or elders. I will be driving to Sanford for my car service.

  I had an awesome experience at Pinehurst Hyundai buying my new 2024 Hyundai Venue, and I couldn’t be happier with my new ride! From the moment I arrived, the whole process was smooth, stress-free, and actually fun (yes, fun at a car dealership!). Paul, my salesman, was fantastic—super friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He really listened to what I wanted and made sure I drove off in a car that fit me perfectly. Shoutout to Mitch in finance as well for making all the paperwork easy to understand and painless. No pressure, no confusion, just straight-up helpful. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you like a human instead of a transaction, Pinehurst Hyundai is the place to go. I’m loving my Venue and would 100% recommend Paul, Mitch, and the entire team

  Hey Keith Marsh. Happy New Year. It's been about a month since I've been by your dealership in Southern Pines. I would rate a 1 because I disagreed with your customer service from Monday, December 15th last year. I thought I was going to come to your shop to get my engine replaced, but I found out that your service technician John could not replace my engine because he claimed that he couldn't find a recall on my faulty engine based on spark plug #4 that was broken in my 2016 Hyundai Tucson. I still don't understand why you would not take Precision Tune Auto Care's word about me needing an engine replacement on my dazzling white 2016 Hyundai Tucson instead of just charging me a $199 diagnostic fee for nothing. To me, that sounds like you're just treating the symptoms, instead of the root of the problem. And on top of that, John showed me a video clip of my catalytic converter swelling up which prevented my engine from breathing freely, and he had the nerve to suggest me return my vehicle to wherever shop I had my catalytic converter serviced instead letting me decide for him to repair it for an additional cost. I thought your dealership was supposed to be a better dealership for the best customer service ever, but I was wrong for wasting my time, taking a day off work to come here not knowing that you couldn't replace my engine even if I had a warranty for it. Shame on you and your technician John for allowing me to come to your shop so you can charge a maximum of $199 diagnostic fee for nothing. I hope you're happy with your job because this place is not recommended for me to revisit if you cannot give me what I requested instead of dancing around the situation I've been dealing with based on the poor acceleration with my Tucson. I pray and hope you have a blessed year without ever ripping me off again in your life like you did the other day.
