  I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the assistance provided by Mitch and Jamie throughout the process of purchasing my son's first vehicle.   My wife and I have purchased 3 vehicles now from Pinehurst Hyundai and the experience has been good each time. Most recently we worked with Brandon Shields from sales and Mitch from finance and they were both very friendly and helpful!

  I was in the process of buying a car. I told them I was interested and asked for more information. I filled out their forms to get a loan and was approved. While that was happening, they sold the car out from under me and didn’t tell me anything. I had to text them after being ghosted, and that’s when they said, “Oh, we sold it. What other car might you be interested in?” Oh, I don’t know… maybe the one I just got approved for and that you ran my credit for? No professionalism at all. I will never go here again. You better have cash in hand, because otherwise they’ll sell the car out from under you. They clearly do not care about their customers. Shout out to Paul in sales for being so professional.

  I am from Nashville, Tennessee, and have been shopping for a difficult to find Hyundai Palisade. I had the good fortune to find one at Pinehurst. the team there, most especially Wesley, did a fantastic job helping me and my wife get situated. The service was stellar and all of the employees were fantastic. The car was even better than anticipated. It was well worth the travel from Nashville and driving eight hours to get it home. What a wonderful car!

  I unfortunately have been going to this dealership since I first moved here in May 2002. And have several Toyotas. And unfortunately, throughout the years I have seen this Toyota dealership screws not only myself ( military) but elders out of thousands of dollars. Moore country is known to be a military and retirement community. And this photo is another example of the unprofessional, childish, monopoly behavior At this dealership. I was in there to get a part for my vehicle and Sergio chaparro Gave me a quote and printed it out, but he decided to blur out the part number and the description. As if we can’t do a google search and find the part number and description. Pinehurst Toyota is behaving like a monopoly, (not the game). There have been times where I would purposely remove the spare tire from my car and put it in the garage, Then I would ask for them to put air in the spare tire and When it came time to check out, they would inform me that they did put air in the spare tire and I would ask “ how did you put air in the spare tire when it does not have one”? So I never know if my oil is truly changed or if the service was done on my car. This should happen to anyone especially to military or elders. I will be driving to Sanford for my car service.
