- DADC A3 days ago1.0Enterprise is an unreliable rental company. We were supposed to have a rental car waiting for us at the airport. Instead, we landed—seven of us with all our luggage—only to find that Enterprise had booked our reservation in an entirely different state. When we called customer care for assistance, we were told this wasn’t the first time this had happened to customers. Enterprise left us completely stranded with no transportation and no solution. We had to figure out alternate arrangements on our own. Since we still hadn’t heard anything from them, we booked another reservation online for the following day. When we arrived to pick it up, we were told they didn’t have the vehicle we reserved and would “call if something became available.” We never received a call that day either—once again leaving us hanging. Ultimately, we rented from a different local company that provided the car exactly as promised, with no issues. Enterprise’s lack of communication, accuracy, and reliability caused significant inconvenience and disrupted our trip. This experience was completely unacceptable.

I had a very important meeting that I could not make, despite planning months in advance. Enterprise absolutely needs to change their policy to allow bookings even if they cant accommodate. An otherwise reputable company screwing customers last minute is absolutely unacceptable.

On the rare occasions I've encountered customer service issues with Enterprise and National's systems, they were quick to jump in and call the right people to address the situation. Each rental is clean and ready to go when I arrive. Very satisfied.
