  Great spot for a same-day rental. I was able to get a vehicle without any hassle. The customer service team that I worked with (Grant & Rich) was helpful, prompt, and courteous. I’d definitely rent from this Enterprise location in Southern Pines again.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience at Enterprise in Southern Pines! Gabe went above and beyond with outstanding customer service — friendly, professional, and made everything quick and stress-free. Enterprise is lucky to have him. He definitely deserves a raise! Highly recommend!

  The Assistant Manager Gabriel Torres at Southern Pines, NC location pushed a cancer patient to the point of a panic attack while she tried to get her car she reserved and paid for in advance. She said she’d like to speak to corporate and he said that constituted a threat and that he wasn’t going to give her a car. After customers in the office realized he was bullying a cancer patient he finally agreed to give her a car but forced her to wait until everyone else was gone. Highly encourage a boycott of this location until he is fired.
