One of the operators explained to me that my oil filter was clean and showed me what it looked like as well. I definitely enjoy using Valvoline and will be coming back for all of my oil changes.

However, after I left, I realized my vape pen (which was almost empty) was missing from my car it was on my seat so i thought maybe it fell or they moved it because they didnt want to sit on it. I can’t say for sure what happened, but it’s really concerning and unprofessional. Trust me i checked my whole car because i didnt want to assume anything and it wasn’t there. It’s not even about the value because as i said it was almost empty but it’s just weird and uncomfortable that something personal could go missing like that, especially since you don’t know if i have any disease its just nasty. Overall, the service itself was good and everyone was nice, but this situation left a bad impression.
