  I’ve been to a lot of car washes in recent years since our family moves often and this is easily my favorite! The staff is friendly, helpful, and even give the kids lollipops 😊 The soft water and soaps get my car really clean so I hardly have to scrub anything the wash didn’t get. I also love the little air pressure nozzles for the weird nooks and crannies in the car.

  I had a really good experience at Sud Stop Car Wash in Smithfield I Met, Deacon. He was very nice, and really great with customers. He walked me through the car wash Plans, and explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy. He even took extra time to help scrub something off my car that I couldn’t get off myself, which meant a lot. He kept checking to make sure I was okay and asked if I needed anything else. You can tell he genuinely cares and goes out of his way to help people. Such a great experience overall.

  Absolutely love this car wash! The facility is always spotless and well-kept, and my car comes out shining every time. The membership price is 100% worth it, affordable, convenient, and a great value for the quality you get. The workers are the best part! Super friendly, professional, and always welcoming. They really make you feel appreciated as a customer. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean place with great service!

  The staff here were so kind. I had gone earlier that day at 2:35 and gotten my equinox cleaned. Not even 4 hours after (LITERALLY 6:40pm), after walking around the outlets came back to find a flock of birds had decided to play target practice with their digestive system all over my car. I came back to pay for another wash and the manager Leaha came right over when i pulled up and could tell i was frazzled. I told her what happened and explained how bummed i was that i just had gotten it cleaned and went to pull my wallet out to pay and she told me darlin you are fine i got you. I teared up because that was truly a godsend to me. The guy Israel was also really kind about the whole situation. He even scrubbed my car before i went through. Like REALLLLY scrubbed it. I just finished goin through the wash and now my baby looks all brand new again. Definitely 10/10 on customer service and 20/10 on kindness and having heart.

  First time at this location, let's talk about it. The drive thru card area needs serious help. You can barely read whats on the screen where you insert your card. The machine ended up charging me 3 times. Zero assistance from the employees who were too busy gossiping. Went through the wash and the entire back portion of my Jeep was still dirty as well as my front windshield. The soap left remnants all over the vehicle. I'm not sure how this place has so many positive reviews. Most likely will not be returning.
