Booked a reservation a week in advance to go to Philly for 4 days. Had confirmation. Went to pick up car and was told we actually reserved for Clayton pick up. No problem...however Clayton said we dont have any cars available, smithfield said we dont have any cars either. How can you not make sure customers who reserved a car in plenty of advance not have a car. Then the rep said we'll you can go to the airport (and hour away) they provably have one. This guy had recently transferred from Clayton to Smithfield. I askedhim to call which he claims he did and said oh they have plenty. We took the hour drive to airport only to find out they dont rent to walk ups at airport. AND they said no one can directly call that location so they were not sure who the guy called. In the meantime my husband called Enterprise main number and a female told him totally unacceptable that she would have the area manager call him and to please Stan by the phone. A week later we are still waiting for a return call. We have rented from this location several times and I think the guy that typically helps us name is John. He was there and was absolutely no help. It was 5:20 and they close at 6 no one was willing to do anything and when asked why there was not a car for us when we had reserved it week prior. He told me we'll some people just dont bring them back when They are suppose to. We were beyond mad because we had to drive to airport and thank God for Hertz then When we got back late Saturday from Philly we had to go back to the airport. We will certainly think twice before renting from Enterprise.

Really excellent customer service by josh one of the best customer service I have in enterprise in a long time even know he was busy and was working short staff he make sure he take care of everyone and make sure to said hi and let everyone know he will help in a minute on the phone and in person

Don’t reserve here or any Enterprise really if you don’t want to be left with nothing on pick up day. Having to scramble now. This store bailed the morning of my pick up because someone extended their rental. Why is that even allowed with a reservation already made? Why was I able to check in with no available vehicle? Called their support number. They kept telling me vehicles were available at different stores. I’d call that store and finally get someone to be told it was not available. Don’t take a reservation if you’re not going to hold it.
