I have personally bought over a dozen cars from them but this will be my last. The sales experince has always been great but If you can not provide the service I will buy it from a dealer that can.

- IAIvan AshworthJan 3, 20261.0Recently bought a 2022 gladiator that quickly developed a tapping noise in the engine. After the dealership would not listen to me that it was a rocker arm they kept my truck for over a month changed everything but the rockers and gave it back with a suspected rocker arm tapping. Literally the exact noise I took it in for. I even offered to buy the rockers so when they put it back together it would just be done and was told they were on back order. I was assured they were good. I took it to another shop and in less than 10 minutes they narrowed it down to cylinder 2 rocker arm. Extended warranty will not authorize repairs to a good shop because the factory warranty is still active so, I will have to go to a dealership. Horrible!!
