- AMAmy Mac2 days ago5.0I was travelling alone and my car started making a horrible sound. No one was open to assist me. I found this store open. I spoke with Chris. He was so helpful. He calmed my nerves and took a look. Luckily, it was a simple piece of plastic that had broken during the ice storm. I was back on the road in no time and the horrible noise was gone!

Very inattentive and she didn't ask for oil change choice but she already put most expensive oil and charge for $120 for only oil change. Asked for the coupon and she didn't want me to use it because I didn't present when I first came in. Very bad attitude compare to most of places I go to.

They Didn't have info on my oil filter (1987 Isuzu trooper)told me I could cross street and get oil filter from parts store and if I wanted 10w40 oil get it there too. So I did. Brought it back they drained my oil changed my filter put back in the oil I bought and charged me 58.83$. That was what they charged to change oil in my RAM 1500, and they furnished oil and filter. Feel like I was cheated somewhere along the way. I'm almost 70yrs old and have a heart condition also on a fixed low income. Social security. So YES I AM VERY VERY UNHAPPY. WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOU. NO.
- PEPeppi EliasonMar 12, 20261.0Absolutely horrible experience. The tech did an "up sale" on a oil stabilizer and then filled oil too full. My check engine light and oil light kept coming on and off. I had to purchase oil and a filter and get a mechanic to drain it all and re-do my oil change. They need to either hire experienced staff or do a better job with training. I will not go back.. It won't let me submit with zero stars. UPDATE*****An effort was made to acknowledge and rectify the situation by issuing a refund after the service did not meet expectations. Communication was swift and clear. Which would rate 4 stars.
