  We are second time boat buyers from lake norman marina and we can’t say enough about how great they are! Love the family run business and our sales person both purchases was Palmer Furr who takes as much time as necessary to go over all the options related to the boat build. He is extremely responsive and was always willing to go the extra mile. Logan is also very good and gets involved when needed. We love our new boat!

  I've purchased many boats over the years, and the team at Lake Norman Marina is hands down at the top of my list. This is the second boat I have purchased from them (Palmer): no pressure, no sales tactics, no nonsense. The team (Palmer, Logan, Derrick, and Jason) was incredibly responsive to emails, calls, and texts. In fact, they'd even call me back right away if they saw a missed call. One of the most important aspects of owning a boat is the dealer, and the team at Lake Norman Marina is exceptional. They have gone above and beyond what is expected multiple times to help me with issues simply because they care and are great people.

  Posting a review on interactions with the service department and mobile marine crew. From John in service for scheduling to Mark in performing the service, the whole experience was great. Professional, courteous and thorough. Very pleased with how helpful all were at a busy time of year. Amazing! We have a great local dealer with good people.

  Fantastic experience buying a new Evotti 523QL from Chris at Lake Norman Marina. This was our first time buying a new boat and Chris was great to work with and answered all our questions. The whole experience, from Chris in Sales to Jason in Financing and Frank and Hank in delivery was great. We were out of state but they made the whole process easy. They have a huge inventory of boats and I would highly recommend Lake Norman Marina and Chris Tyrolt.

  I just wanted to express how absolutely pleased I've been with my entire experience with you Lake Norman Marina. To start, the boat purchase process was very smooth & professional and I was pleased with the price. Chris Tyrolt was the salesman I worked with and I would recommend him in all regards. First, the boat I bought is AWESOME and we love it. They steered me towards a Malibu and I'm glad they did. Next, the service relationship has been phenomenal. First, John and his team did my annual maintenance. They did a great job. The price was very fair and they remembered the items we negotiated in the sale process and gave me credit for those. Secondly, I had an issue with a fan belt. The issue began on Sunday. I called Monday morning. They were out there Tuesday morning and fixed it. Then, the tech even came back on Wednesday to double check something he thought he missed. All of this done on warranty and at no cost to me. I sincerely appreciate their partnership and can ride care-free on the water knowing that they have my back.
