I am out of state and have looked at boats based on photos only to be disappointed when I actually see the boat. The photos for this boat were exactly as Chris described it and I was certainly not disappointment. Chris was amazing as I had over 32 emails going back and fourth with Chris since I was 540 miles away. He always responded right away with honest and straightforward answers (even when he was camping with his family). The whole process was easy and Jason was also amazing on the finance side. We purchased a 2024 Axis t235 from Palmer, who worked out a great price for us, then Derick took me on a test drive and did a wonderful job explaining all the details. Jason in the finance department worked out the purchase details and made things super easy. Frank delivered the boat with a full tank of gas and even launched it for us when I found out my trailer hitch on my truck was too low. I did have one small issue with the speakers and Josh did an outstanding job handling this. I would highly recommend Lake Norman Marina for your upcoming boat purchase!

I was in the market for a while and dealt with a few different dealerships and I can honestly say that this dealership is top notch all the way around. Chris was great to deal with from the showing of the boat, during purchase, and is still friendly and responsive after it was all done. Jason in finance was also very friendly and helpful. They even sent me a nice little thank you gift to my house that I just received, which I thought was a very nice gesture. Overall, I feel that everyone I dealt with went above and beyond to make it a great purchasing experience and wouldn’t think twice about recommending Chris and this dealership to anyone.
