  Had a good experience at Honda of Shelby. They were courteous, non-pushy, and were accommodating. I test drove a Buick Enclave and Kia Telluride, and got a good feel for both vehicles. While I ultimately decided to wait on purchasing a vehicle, they will definitely be my first option when I do buy one. Very professional sales team. Was impressed. 👍

  I have been a Honda owner for many years, and would not take my vehicle to anyone else for service. Kimberly and Shelton are excellent as service writers, and Steven as my "go to " technician. He has been with the Shelby dealership for many years. It says a lot to have someone that will take time to answer my questions and actually come out and speak with me in person. The service department is one of a kind, and you can trust their skills and knowledge.

  I highly recommend Honda of Shelby. Maria got us started via text, and the initial deal included a discount and 65" smart TV! Izzy worked with us when we arrived and was very kind and knowledgeable. She took us on our test drive and gave us all the information about the car that we could have ever asked for. William fine tuned the numbers, worked with us on our trade in, and was straight forward and very reasonable. Michael went over the financing options and got us a good rate. Hannah checked in on us a few times with drinks and snacks which we really appreciated because buying a car with a trade in is a long process! All in all we got in and out in a reasonable amount of time with a beautiful new CRV Hybrid Sport!

  The team was really nice. I went in for a hood release replacement because mine was broke and I couldn’t get in my hood and it was time for an oil change. I will say I was disappointed to learn that they got my hood open and didn’t tell me. It would’ve been nice of them to give me that information so I can go get my oil before they fixed the hood release that was hundreds of dollars.

  I can say it was a good car buying experience. From the greetings right when I stepped out of my car. All the way to where I drove off in my new 2025 Honda Accord. From my sales men Ronnie, who when over and beyond for me. As well as so many others. I couldn't me more happier with the service I got. I give a 10 across the whole bored. Special thank u to everyone at Shelby Honda.
