- SNShanna NghaMar 25, 20261.0had a very disappointing experience at this rental location. When I arrived, the vehicle wasn’t even vacuumed. They did wash it after I pointed it out, but that should have been done beforehand. Then I was told I couldn’t pay for the rental because the reservation wasn’t in my name which it was suppose to be in my name cause it was my claim. I explained that my mother would come back to handle it, and I informed this lady and I stepped away for literally 3 minutes. When I returned, they had already rented the car to someone else. What made the situation worse was that they didn’t try to fix the issue or offer another car at the same rate hertz would have rectified the issue. The other employees just sitting back looking dumbfounded. I will not be doing business with this location anymore. Poor customer service and seem like they do not know how to manage/ regulate task
