  Got me in quickly and out in a timely manner…was worried I may have a nail in my tire, this was early Saturday morning. Had a trip planned to Athens, Ga with my grandson for a big Georgia game, could not chance it. There was a small screw in the tire, it was repaired in around an hour and 15 minutes and I was on my way.

  Called ahead and got me right in, with much quicker than expected. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, definitely have my return business!

  Late on a Saturday afternoon i stopped to get my vehicle inspected. Very minor revenue producer for them but the lady at the counter was enthusiastically ready and willing to work my car on before closing. They did so, and I was out of there quickly. I will stop back there in the future for further needs.

  Brought 2013 Silverado to get brakes job on entire truck on 10/22 .I had pads with me. Was told…….drums in rear, couldn’t do them (but when I get them they’ll put em on. They said had year life left on them. They said they were able to resurface the rotors and do the pads. I said great ! Truck was done reasonable time while I waited. When I received truck…….brake pedal is/was extremely soft. Had to actuate far for em to work. I called MR. Tire (Shelby NC) asked about this. They said they bleed vent when done & should have been done. They & scheduled a diagnostic for 10/28@8 am. They ran diagnostic, said master cylinder is fine, rear drums are known to leak by, & brake fluid was low…..which yesterday when checked it was max. The manager said I needed new calipers and possibly flush . I responded why am I getting told of this now ? When I could’ve & should’ve had this done 1st appointment ?? I then asked , were the front brakes even bled/vented ? She said no, due to the corrosion. I’m like really ? Why wasn’t I made aware of this originally. So I basically wasted my time and $100 + today. I walk out to my truck …..my center cap on my rim (which was held on by one bolt) is now missing. Technician previous week notified that was being held on by one bolt. Now whole cap is completely gone. Technician came outside, I claimed it was on when it when in there, and he started arguing with me in the parking lot. Got in truck as I left, hit first light and brakes completely depressed to floor (like no brakes) brake alarm came on . Got home opened hood, found when he pulled master cylinder, he left the electrical connection off. I plugged back in . Coincidentally my engine light is now on. I’ve brought all 4 of my vehicles there. I will never be back, completely unprofessional, poor workmanship, and an overall waste of my time and money . I don’t recommend and won’t ever be back. I am a veteran and clearly this is how they treat US veterans……like trash.
