I came in specifically for a brake inspection after being told elsewhere that I urgently needed thousands of dollars in brake and rotor work, and brake flush. The team here was professional, respectful, and transparent from start to finish. They performed a full brake inspection, measured the brake pads, showed me exactly what they were seeing, and explained everything clearly without pressure or upselling. They also did my tires, told me I didn’t need a brake flush and explained why as well too. Turns out my brakes and rotors are in good shape and nowhere near needing replacement. I really appreciated their honesty and the time they took to walk me through the findings. As a customer, that level of transparency builds real trust. It was refreshing to be treated like an informed adult instead of being talked into unnecessary repairs. I’ll absolutely be coming back here for future service and would recommend Mr. Tire to anyone looking for honest, straightforward auto care. The other place tried to discredit them, and say i needed tires as well too. Which magically again wasn’t on my previous report or have pictures they claimed were on it.
- AEA EJan 3, 20262.0Came and got a NC inspection, pretty standard but they messed up the paperwork and got the VIN wrong. Had to come back after failing to renew my registration. Was told I would have to come back again the next day due to the tech being gone. On my 3rd visit it took 30 minutes just for the paperwork to be redone. Likely wont be back, plenty of tire shops in shelby.

I really appreciate that. This store obviously has good customer service, for these two individuals were very nice and helpful.

Get back to the tire shop and they tell me they forgot to tighten the lug nuts on both back tires. Worst experience I have ever had at a tire shop.
