While I might have expected help or support due to my previous purchase, it was the day after Christmas. I could only imagine the reasons no one could help me until next week. I called and talked with Brandon, the service manager. He was polite and professional. He listened to me describe my problem and responded in a way that I knew he was listening. Brandon was optimistic and positive and encouraging. He did not hesitate telling me to bring my car/tire to their shop on Marion Street. When I arrived, Brandon and Natalie greeted me. They welcomed me and continued to make me feel positive about solving my problem. I left my car with them and within the half hour, technicians were working on my tire. About an hour later I talked to Natalie over the phone and they were done. Again, the communication was positive and professional. Brandon and Natalie were consistent with what they said and helped me to understand the services and outcome I received. I left feeling good about my experience and knowing that I will not hesitate to go back as long as Brandon and Natalie are there,

They said it was gonna take an hour to fix my car which it did and I left then, for some reason they called the police and said I had drugs in my car the police showed up on my job. I got fired, and they only found gum in my car. Why somebody would call 911 if they think there’s drugs it was a crazy situation I would not trust these people ever.
