- SWSage WallsNov 15, 20251.0Went here for my brand new vehicle's first oil change on 08/17/25. The young man made a point to tell me 3 times they'd reset the service needed notification. Less than 10 minutes after I left, the notification came back and stayed. My gas mileage wasn't normal and the engine didn't sound quite right. Today, 11/15/25, I needed an oil change and went to my regular place. I had them check to see if Mavis had actually changed my oil in August. They absolutely did not!! Oil was dark and the factory filter was still on. No wonder the service notification stayed on. This Mavis location charged me $97.10 for an oil change and tire rotation and only rotated the tires. Do NOT go here if you care about your vehicle!!!
