So they say we are going to put you in a larger car, but you will have to pay $140 more for this, and we are giving you a good discount. Total BS, bait and switch tactic. I rent cars all over the Americas, i have rented with Enterprise multiple times in the past. This facility has an inept manager, who really should be terminated. Do not use this location at all, they are not right in doing business at all.
