There is literally ALWAYS an issue with this location. My latest issue was a "new policy" put in place where they can only pick up within a 15-minute radius. I was told I would not be picked up because I was 20-minutes away, although just last month I was told I could be picked up when I was ready to get the rental. The only reason they ever got my business in the past is due to being the only rental agency in town. Going forward I will travel to another city to get a rental, it'll be worth the drive to be treated with value.

- HNHakai NoKoNov 8, 20255.0Due to a few hiccups and inconveniences I have had in the beginning, I would only really rate 3 stars, but Brice made everything worth the while, he definitely gets my recognition for this 5 star rating. He was very understanding and informative, as well as professional. Enterprise crew could use a little more training, but over all, it really wasn’t all that bad of an experience. I was traveling and booked via expedia- when I went to pick up the reserved vehicle despite calling to confirm, they had nothing available for me until a couple days later, thus delaying my trip and having to reschedule interviews. I was first put in a standard car, and the tank was at only a half tank, which I had to fill before making my long journey. Upon several miles down the road I couldn’t help but notice a smell that was making me quite sick. Unfortunately I had to swap vehicles at a different enterprise (which tried to put me in a car with a donut, and I had to wait awhile before getting another one) and when I got the new vehicle, it was on EMPTY when I had exchanged it with a car on a full tank. In addition, it was a downgrade. After my trip, I had returned the car, again on the full tank, and when Brice asked about my experience I told him everything. Brice went above and beyond, providing superior customer service. Thank you Brice, you just saved my experience with enterprise and I will definitely return next time.
