  Jeremy. Was so amazing he really helped me out. He did a amazing job taking time off to put a starter on and a battery in. I didnt know where else to turn he jumped right in to help me did a amazing job i am so thankful to him. I give him a 100 % rating recommend this store every time and this guy was so great I appreciate him so much

  had a dispute about a lifetime warranty part .chris the store manager address the problem and fix it.i appreciate the time and effort .

  Chris of autozone Shelby is by far the kindest most accommodating manger I have delt with at ANY establishment. We need more people like this in customer-service. We are all lucky to have him here in Shelby and he makes Autozone look good!

  The manager as he stated he was was extremely rude and his reply to being rud2 and reason is they are busy and then hung up on me a second time this isn't customer service it's ridiculous attitude this guy doesn't own the company and should be spoken to about his behavior because this is unacceptable especially being a manager I will not give them the benefit of taking any of my money for any parts and I am going to spread the word about the poor quality he should be fired this just happened at the location in Shelby he did not give me his name but said he was the manager stupid people you can't argue with

  I have never had a problem with customer service. They are friendly and helpful. I cannot say the same for other part stores. This location usually has what I need in stock and carries quality products.
