  Mikel Fitzgerald greeted me as soon as I pulled up and even though it was close to closing time on a Friday he was amazing! I needed an inspection because my tag expires on the 31st. Amanda Jett the inspector was equally amazing! I had actually wanted to get my oil change first thing this morning in my home town of Franklin, NC. It didn't happen! After being on the road for 6 hours to get to this location which I actually stumbled upon them tired and grumpy after making a wrong turn. Both of them were so amazing and took great care of my car and showed me tremendous kindness and provided a detailed explanation of everything they did as they did it. Back at home, I can honestly say that all I got was a dirty look and was told the wait would be over an hour. The employees I worked with at 1810 S. HORNER Blvd, in Sanford, North Carolina absolutely displayed the very best Strickland Brothers has to offer! MIKEL AND AJ made me feel like I was getting help from family! They even offered ideas for a fabulous burger and Ice cream place nearby because I have never been to Sanford before! I wish I could take them home with me so they could teach the guys at my home shop how to treat customers!!! You Need to visit this shop for your next oil change!!!!

  I showed up shortly before closing and I was greeted by Mikel. He was very pleasant and answered my questions. I wasn’t expecting to get my oil changed because it was right before closing but he was more than happy to do it. As I pulled in another employee greeted me. AJ. She was also very nice and helpful. They were both very patient while I was trying to find the coupon I saw on Facebook. I will definitely be coming back and will highly recommend family and friends!

  Went in for an inspection on my truck and everything went fine. I went home and got my other truck to be inspected but when I returned I was informed that no inspector was on duty. I was confused because (AJ) the one who was speaking had just inspected my other truck. So the guy performing a service for another customer says "we have to have a licensed inspector in order to do the inspections". I replied with "so is AJ not licensed, because she just inspected my other truck, we just left"? He said, "AJ did"? with a smirk and glanced over at her. At that time the story changed from no licensed inspector on duty to the system is already shut down and it's just easier to say no licensed inspector on duty. It was 6:33pm, almost 30 mins. before close but "Note Taken"...✌🏽
