In March we purchased 2 vehicles from this location. A 2026 Ram 2500 for myself and a 2026 Jeep Wrangler for my daughter. Travis was our sales rep, he went out of his was to make sure we were comfortable during the process and that we were getting the vehicles that were not only right for us, but that they were exactly what we wanted. He also checked up after the fact making sure everything was still good. James in finance was also very helpful with what we needed and was also quick and efficient in the finance office. I hope to have the same experiences in service when we go back for that. Every one here wore a smile and was willing to stop to chat just about anything in general and made this place feel like a great place to be. Thanks for everything!

I couldn’t have asked for a better dealership to take my vehicle to have work done on it. I moved here from Michigan where I worked for a Chrysler dealership for 20 years. No one knew my background history or that I understand the frustration a customer sometimes faces but I found everyone was genuinely concerned and went out of their way to make sure that I knew what was wrong and the best options to take care of me. They went above and beyond to make my visit as awesome as it was. They are a truly remarkable group of individuals who put forth every effort to make sure that my experience was as amazing as it turned out to be. I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone! know! They sincerely deserve five stars plus!!!

So let me start off by saying I bought a car from this dealership before it was owned by Hiester. It’s going to be a funny story if you can hang in with all my details…that day I purchased car I was greeted by a sleezy arrogant salesman and I asked him to leave us alone. Ultimately I was more than impressed with the person that stepped in to assist my Mom and I. Fast forward to almost 13 years later when the front bumper became detached because my 16 year old son wasn’t as gentle on the car that sat low to the ground. So 1st day I go up there with bumper to see if it was possible for them to reattach. To my dismay I found myself talking to a grumpy person that obviously hated his job and said I would need to make an appointment. So I did so for the following day at 2:00. I was there an hour and a half and this gentleman just kept being ruder and more condescending. NOW COMES THE GOod STUFF…So I had to leave to pick up my kids so I just said email me a quote and this is ridiculous. As I got in my Honda to drive away 2 mechanics approached me saying they could fix it and apologized for that man’s behavior. Those men were Gus and Davie. They had my bumper back on within 10 minutes and I made it on time to pick up my child. Don’t let one bad apple spoil the bunch. These gentlemen went above and beyond for me that day as they could see my distress. Sorry for long commentary but that is what makes people want to return again and again and hopefully I won’t have to see that mean man next time because now I know who to ask for. 😊

THEY DROVE MY WIFE"S CAR 81 MPH on Amos Bridges Rd (rough curvy backroad). This dealership has not been able to fix many issues with my wife's car. I have tried working with them to get things fixed but they keep dragging it out without any certain possible fixes. I will not be letting them try anymore after someone in their dealership took my wife's car for over an hour and speeding down back country roads. They also test drive on the roughest backroads with multiple train track crossings. I have spoken to the Head of Customer Service and they said 81 MPH is sometimes necessary to diagnose issues with a car. All information is documented on the Dodge Connect App.
Update3/27/2026, I attempted to contact the service manager as they asked but he never contacted me. Also after speaking to Stellantis, I was informed that because the issues with my wife's car was under warranty, the dealership should have provided a loaner car or reimburse us for a rental while they had the car with an open technical issue case with Dodge instead of telling us to pick up the car. Because they told us to take the car, the car wasn't at the dealership when Dodge needed additional access to the car to correctly deal with the technical issue.
Also on March 14, 2024 we took my wife's car's because the AC was not working and took it to them and they said they didn't have a solution at that time. They said we had to just "deal with it" until they could fit it so she had to drive it with no AC. It was not until June 13,2024 that they fixed it.

You don't want to know!!! The dealership told me 2-3 hours for recall work. Got there, they said they shouldn't have told you that, it's an all day repair. Ok. So I had to stay and wait since what they told me was incorrect. I sit and wait 3 hours and then I am told (after my car was in the shop 3 hours now)...that everything has to be removed from the car, front and back. My car is converted to a camper set up, needless to say I said no, no one told me that and im not physically able to remove everything. So, I opted to say no to the work for today and left. Was told I could come back another day to have it done. Probably not likely to happen since I had already believed they started the work during the 3 hours I sat there before they told me about it needing to be empty. Ya think they could have given that instruction in advance? And the 3 hour advice was clearly incorrect. Half the day wasted and it could have been avoided by better instructions for the work to be done. Not angry, but just have not had good experiences at this dealership twice now. I did have a positive experience when my batteries had to be replaced. They wanted $200+ more for the batteries than I could get them for at Advanced Auto, so I went and got the batteries and they put them in. I purchased this car used at this dealership (another location) and that was an eye opening experience dealing with the sales manager. He raised the advertised price of the car by $1,000 and didn't think I'd notice, he couldn't get me partial financing because the bank would only take the loan if I requested $10,000. I just outright paid for the car. And because I was offered $15,500 for my trade elsewhere. I didn't trade my car for theirs. The manager started saying they aren't going to give you that amount, they are going to put it on a lift and give you less, blah, blah, blah. I said, no I already have a verified offer. They offered me 13,500 to trade, I said no of course and sold my car to Carmax for $15,500 and paid the balance in cash taking no loan. Then they lied and said they offered me $15,500. They fired the sales person (not the bad manager) the day after because she didn't get my trade. Blamed her for the sales managers conduct. I wrote an email to the owner of the dealership detailing all of this at thebtime of purchase and got no response.
