That is until they break your oil filter housing/container and the general manager immediately looks to avoid any accountability, or emails from his higher ups. Once he calls you he acts as if it’s suspicious YOUR equipment broke in their facility. He questions anything you say like some idiot unqualified to be general manager

Customer service was great. Mechanic even thanked me for my patience. The shop manager was very nice as well. I will be back. Good location.
