I declined the service so he charged me $90 for the diagnostic. I came in asking for new brakes and you assume you can take advantage of me because I'm a woman. I took it to another shop and got it done for a lot less & as I mentioned to you, I did not need new rotors or that other stuff you were trying to upsell me on. Bunch of Snake Oil Salesman at this place. Avoid!
